Don't they have some say about their colors? I vaguely remember Sayu talking about having to wait to get pink because Konkon had it and had seniority over her or something like that.

but look at the photo of her wearing the shirt. that's exactly how LinLin's shirt looked.
seems to me like they just changed the name (did LL's color ever officially get a name anyway?).
