I picked Haruna (I liked her age and her determination, current Oshi), Ayumi (I liked her dancing skills and her spunk, current 2nd fav), Haruka (I liked her singing voice and her personality, Currently in 6th), and Sara (Voice)

I didn't pick Masaki but I love her now (3rd)

During the audition process I pointed out Sara to Roy who said "I wouldn't pick her" When I asked why, he said, while she had a good voice, she didn't look like she was taking anything seriously and didn't seem like she wanted to be in morning Musume more than she just wanted to debut... and she barely looked like she wanted to debut. He said it was like she was there because she got bored one day and decided to entertain herself by auditioning.

AND then she didn't get in so Roy must have seen something I just did not

it didnt seem to me that she was bored or not serious, she just had a lil carefree attitude that eri was known for.

Btw since mogi had come up a few times in this thread i was wondering why no one brought up miwa satsuki as the 10th auditions tragic chan lol

I think people basically called her that during the auditions.

My guess is people don't mention her much now because she didn't get to join the Kenshuusei like Mogi did, so she isn't constantly hovering around H!P. I also think, as bad as they both were, Mogi was just the more memorable of the two (good for her, even if it was because of her crying.. and maybe her looks, I always thought she was a weird mix of Kusumi and Umeda).

I picked Haruka and Masaki, and for 9th gen Kanon, Riho, and Erina. I don't even remember Ayumi from the auditions

For 9th gen I was Riho Kanon and Aina. Erina had also grown on me. She's my favorite kyukkie now. Masaki is my favorite Jyukkie.

for 9th gen i picked Riho & Eripon (didn't want Zukki, is still my least favorite though i don't dislike her like i thought i would). i also showed Bryan a few eggs that stood out to me that i thought might be added, and Mizuki was one of them.

for 10th gen i picked Sara (my favorite by far, i thought MM really needed a really good vocalist and i still think i was right, plus i liked that she seemed cool & mature, something i think was needed to contrast the generally bright/happy/cute new members), Ayumi (loved her dancing and thought she was pretty) & Haruka (i liked that she was not shy and that her singing and dancing skills were up to par). i was sure they wouldn't choose Haruna because of her age.

9th gen I picked Mogi. I was fine with basically anyone joined except for Riho and Zukki. Kanon has grown on me tremendously but I flip flop between ugh and meh for Riho.

9th was actually the only audition I followed.

Same, I just didn't feel like following any auditions up until 9th gen, probably because it had been too long since 8th gen and because I was still very pissed off about LinLin leaving. And then Mogi didn't get in So I'm back to never following auditions.

Once I watched my first H!P audition as a fan, I was hooked - even if the format was different compared to the usual auditions.
