Am i seeing this right? It looks like Fuku-hime has her left leg over the back of the seat

It looks like either very, very bad photoshopping, or else she's poking her foot into Sayu's back to make her sit up straight.

I think what's actually going on is just that Mizuki's knee is leaning on the top of the chair from behind, and the rest of her leg is behind the char as well. Like if Sayu and the chair were partially transparent, we would see something like this:

Semi-nude and sexually suggestive isn't NSFW to you? One of the thumbnails on the side shows a braless, big breasted "schoolgirl" unbuttoning her blouse.

I would certainly classify that as NSFW, but as aishiteruaibon said, I didn't experience that. Likely a rotating ad?
On the other hand, I would argue that this entire forum is probably something to stay away from at work, if there's concern of 'being caught' for something.

I see it ... Next to the big picture of Riho, there's a row of thumbnails under the rss feed. The top one is what celedam's talking about i think, Hoshina Mizuki she's 16 so technically she is schoolgirl i guess ... and seeing as it's also one of the featured articles in the same issue MM appeared in i don't think it's a random rotating ad.
Honestly though, still no more nsfw than the skimpier concert outfit pics / photobook preview posted around here imho
