Maachan/Fukuchan supporting her
Daishi/Duu backing them up
and the rest as background

(I'm an Eripon oshi, this is not oshi biased, and I'd FRANKLY be so much happier with equal lines or pushing 12th gen or whatever BUT. But I think this is the recipe that has the best chance of working. Personally. Because part of the fun of loving background girls/underdogs is that they are. You know. And Momusu has almost always had a front-girl/back-girl dynamic, even if it was more or less pronounced depending on eras.)

From what I have observed post Riho, they have this set up going on:
Main Vocal: Mizuki and Sakura
Lead Vocal: Masaki who is actually second best compared to those two in terms of consistency and vocal range
Main:Dancer/Rapper: Ayumi
Visual Center: Kudo and Ayumi (With Ayumi, she has constantly been in center position with Riho and now that Riho graduated she is having dance solos and in center position in dances. But Kudo has been taking a front row status as well.)

The rest of MM are supporting this group ^ However if Mizuki graduates I definitely see Nonaka taking up her lines. She has proven herself in terms of vocals. and Maria has proven herself as a great dancer, so if Ayumi graduates she could be main dancer.

No one is an Ace in MM right now and tbh I hope there never is from now on. Management damaged Riho’s voice and did not let other girls shine. If that is the perks of being an ace, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
