Because she's not an idol anymore, and she might not want to. Appearing backstage is completely different than performing after 10 years... Who knows, she might not feel comfortable being in front of so many people.

I mean, we'll have to see. Either way, I won't complain. If she shows up, it's an extra bonus, and if she doesn't, I support her personal choices.
