I doubt it. Might be a synonym of some kind in this... idk.

It kind-of makes sense, though. Sinbad the sailor is a rich and powerful, boastful, gloating sailor who certainly had a girl at every port. The men talked about in this song and also Nagisa no Sinbad seem to be talking about a guy like that. Certainly not the ~actual~ Sinbad, but maybe similar to how we English-speakers might refer to a guy who's going all out to be romantic as "Romeo", a womanizer as "Cassanova", a smart (or really stupid) person being referred to as "Einstein", etc.
