Appugatcha #46
This was a cute video. After a brief opening segment where Meina says "Burajiru-jin no mirakuru-bira kubari," (ブラジル人のミラクルビラ配り/Brazilian Miracle leaflet distributor(, a well-known "hayakuchi kotoba" (tongue twister), the show starts with Up Up Girls(2) minus Hoochan playing a party game called "
Haa tte iu GAME," which from what I can glean, works like this:
There are two decks of cards. In the "theme" deck each card has a theme or topic for them to act out. Below the theme, the card will have various subtopics lettered A-H. On the other deck, there are "act" cards that are just labeled A through H. So the player will pull a
theme card which she shows to everyone, and an
act card that she keeps hidden. If she pulls the act card with the letter H, then she has to act out the subtheme letter H. So imagine something like this:
The player would then have to act out an "irritated yes," using her expression, gestures, and/or tone of voice. And the other players score if they can guess which letter was on the act card. Sometimes there's nothing for them to say out loud, it's just a gesture of some sort.
So in the round they end up playing, the themes are
- WINK
- HENSHIN POSE (the pose that heroes do when they transform into their powered-up form)
- SUMOMO MO MOMO MO MOMO NO UCHI (a hayakuchi kotoba that she's supposed to recite in a certain style)
- NAN NAN? (wtf?)
- KIMI WO MAMORU! (I'll protect you!)
- PROPOSE (a marriage proposal)
The cutest part is when Yuria guesses the wrong answer for "nannan?" but she's so confused that she thinks she got the right answer and says, "Yatta!
....
are ?"
