A very weird, unexpected event just happened with the Berryz wotas....

Captain posted on her blog today at 8am that they were going to sell some "Extremely rare goods" at a Gachapon store in Akiba, and that they were only going to sell them from 1pm-6pm today. It's the same store where Momochi and Erina were at on that recent Hello!Pro Time episode.

News of it spread really fast on 2ch, so a bunch of wotas rushed to Akiba to find this there:

A Berryz Koubou Gachapon machine! It says on it "1 play, 10000yen"
(which is about $120USD) mg: If you lose, you win goods from the famous comedy trio "森三中" (Morisanchuu) instead ^^;

Apparently ~90% of the people who played lost, and here are some of the goods they got:

The hosts had to bet on whether all seven sets of goods would sell or not. They sold for a total of 420000 yen or for more that $4200 usd. That means each set cost 60000 or a little more than $600 each.

Also, in the little editors note at the very end it said that all proceeds will go to the 24 Jikan Charity. Which is really cool.
