It's about MM graduates and their career in musicals. They talked about how important UF's part in management is by making Morning Musume a perfect environment to grow skills needed as a stage actress like dancing, singing and acting. From doing various activities as Morning Musume they learned a lot of things and were able to find their own personal career paths afterwards with the agency's support like varieties, radio etc and being a musical actress is just one of the more natural progressions.

Speaking of Konkon, I loved her voice before Uta Doki, but she's my second favourite H!P member ever so I am clearly biased. I am aware she can't sing, but I love her voice anyway.

Konno LEARNED to sing, really. She has a very nasal voice - but she was never really off pitch or climbing for notes. At least I didn't think so. I mean she was never going to be an Ai-chan, and maybe being next to Sayu made her look better all this time
