I'd like to know what kind of marketing ploy that Big Bang boy did, that's some impressive number.
I don't think MM's album has sold that much, ever.

If you think about it, #5 with #3 being 18k is REALLY good.
Comparing to Colorful character which sold 14k first week and Best of UPDATED which sold 16k first week...
Assuming this sold ~10,000 today, it will probably pass both of those if it sells at least 1,000 each day, which it hopefully will.

This might just be me, but I think part of the reason they changed to MM。’14 is to kind of distance themselves from OGs a bit. Especially if scandals happen.

Like, I get why the media's asking about it because that's what they do, but it's still shitty and has absolutely nothing to do with the current girls, or even UF this time. Don't bring shitty gossip and irrelevant shit into an event that's to promote an album, thanks.

(To be fair to Kago, she had absolutely no control over what went on this time, and I do feel sorry for her. Mari, on the other hand, eh. Go away.)

I'm really pissed off that OG are overshadowing the album release. It's not fair to the girls at all.

^ Unless Kago had a gun to her head when her Yakuza husband proposed to her, she's just as responsible for what happened. She's an adult now and she made her own decisions as to who to date and marry or sleep with and have a baby with. I have little sympathy for her situation tbh.

So as much as I really fucking love this album...... I..... I think I still prefer ⑬ Colourful Character. I feel like that album had more songs I love to death, and while these ones are fantastic, they're not special. Though the weakest songs on the album were What is LOVE? and Password is 0.

My favourites are Kirari to Hikaru Hoshi and Waraenai Hanashi.
