This is what I got:
Ishida's first impressions
Kitagawa: "She joined Morning Musume without having any dance experience at all, so I was worried how much she couldn't dance, but she memorizes the choreography well. She seems to be slower than the rest in getting [the right] feeling, though."
Okamura: "Okamura's limbs are so long, that while the choreography calls for controlled movements to the rhythm of the music, sometimes it seems like her limbs can't quite keep up. It seems like it'll be difficult for her to control."
Yamazaki: "While she was in the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido, there are differences in Morning Musume's dancing compared to theirs. Genres like moving femininely seem to be difficult. If you were to ask whether or not she's ahead of the pack because she was in the Kenshuusei, well, maybe not so much. It's tough."
Ishida’s points to work on (at the end of the segment)
Yamazaki: mastering the subtle/precise movements
“Yamazaki seems to have a difficult time doing things like the wave—she seems to be good at large accent movements, but has difficulty moving her body precisely and creating nuance, like the wave. I told her to work on her wave [as a start].”
Okamura: dancing as well as she does slowly
“Okamura can move well when she goes slow, so I want her to practice moving that well to the [full-speed] choreography.”
Kitagawa: getting used to music and dancing as a whole
“Kitagawa... whether it’s getting used to dancing, or to music first, I think her first step is to be able to jive and have fun the music. When I said to move freely or appeal yourself, she ends up doing the assigned moves or looking down, so I want her to learn a stage mindset.”
