It is kinda impressive that Irorin is doing live stage on her own. She does have a manager of sorts. Maybe someone who voluntered to manage her. Obviously he/she wouldn't be getting paid since Irorin isn't signed to any agency.

Irorin has history of being unreliable (you know, calling it quits easily), if she joined MM, she may leave anytime she feels like doing that, so I'd be against her joining. Thankfully, the odds of that happening are close to zero
