Well I have to say she's a lot better than what I was expecting.

There's potential there for a strong voice.

S/mileage is kind of missing a face right now, could you imagine if Rikako was folded in to the group? I think it would finally give them the center that they have been lacking since Yuuka left.

After hearing her rendition too, I am in love with this idea more than her being in MM. With a little more grooming, this could be perfect.

I dont think there will be any more s/mileage auditions. I think the whole purpose of those auditions was cause of the graduations. I guess they could put someone in there manually i guess, but wasn't Takeuchi supposed to be the face?

If she is supposed to be the face, she really doesn't read that way. It feels more like they're pushing Kanyon and Dawa as the main center's, tbh. And that's probably just due to seniority. Out of the new gen, Meimi and Take-chan seem to be pushed the most, but neither of them really have been groomed to really serve as an ace. Neither of them reads as a Nacchi, or an Acchan, or a Takahashi or a Riho. S/mileage just doesn't have that it-girl right now (though the bias in me wants to hope that with more blooming and grooming, Rinapuu could be that, but lol no). Or maybe they could even just finally add Kosuga Fuyuka.

I was waiting for this. Her singing is like a combination of Haruka and Oshima Yuko. Woah.
But I like it, but it'll be better with practice.
