The crazy graphics and quick cuts screwed up the compression.

Too bad they didn't upload it as 4k.The higher bitrate helps improves the compression even when displayed at lower resolution. See, e.g. here:

And the way they divided up screen time by group instead of by girl works out as a big coup for Kikka. She's like the Up-Front version of Wyoming. Congrats to her manager for negotiating that.
