How come Riho, Kanon and Haruka aren't at any of the overseas stuff? To young or to busy with school?
Wed Nov 07, 2012 7:21 pm
Both are definitely a factor but mainly the age thing imo. They (and Eripon and Maachan

) still have events on their own when the Onee-san team is abroad , like Haruka's birthday event and such so i don't think they're that busy with school not to mention Ayumin, Harunan, and Mizuki are also still in school.
Maybe they're just a little bit too young to make traveling overseas impractical idk

I don't know much about Japanese school systems, but everyone else is in Middle school while the other girls are in high school and going to school isn't as mandatory as middle school?

Middle school is mandatory and has more rules, including those that would make it difficult to travel during normal school days. Which is why "Alo-Hello!" almost always happens during the late summer break.
High school is optional, and there are specialized schools that are flexible enough to let underage entertainers/celebrities adjust their schedules as needed. I know Yossie, for example, graduated from a correspondence school.
But really, the person to ask would be Airi. Out of all H!P members, she talks about school the most and seems the most serious about her studies. I'm amazed that she can carry such a load: all of her school work plus being the center of two different H!P groups plus two or three solo acting projects each year.
