It looks like she's reading straight off the teleprompter.
And TV Tokyo is hella pushing those two. It's like TV Tokyo only has hope in the two new female announcers.

Even when they get introduced on other TV Tokyo shows as the group of new announcers the focus is always on Konkon and the Moe girl.

I'm kinda sad that school fixed Konkon's way of talking.
Now she has that generic announcer voice :[
