Mariko (Kikuchi Momoko) is dancing around to the song, but Misaki (Ohara Yuno) can't stand it. Mariko suggests ordering breakfast takeout from a place called "Italian Dining lotta love buono" (lol). Misaki says the menu is too expensive and they can't afford it. She suggests a different place with Kaarage burger set for 500 yen.
The next guest Mitamura Yuha (Actress Okamoto Rei) arrives at the guesthouse and is confused by the place. She thinks she can order takeout at this place, but they don't do that there.

Misaki pours some tea for the guest Mitamura Yuha, while Mariko is trying to select an H!P songs from her collection. Misaki tells her to greet the guest first. Mitamura, a company employee, tells the story of her work. The company has so many workers working till midnight. Her co-workers are excited to always do a party drinking (bonenkai) and ordering expensive Italian food and Mitamura timidly hangs around them. She is the one always ordering takeout for them. Misaki and Mariko are glad they she is enjoying it, but sometimes her co-workers pressure her. Mariko says, that if you stay at their guesthouse, a new "door" will open for her. Mariko figures out the cd she wanted to lend her, its a song called "Souda! We're Alive"
Mitamura Yuha is walking the street and sees a convenience store selling a cheap beef bowl for 380 yen, but walks away.
Misaki ordered that Kaarage burger for takeout and takes a crunchy bite. She and Mariko eat while discussing Mitamura's expressions always looks the same and how to help her with her office problems.

Mitamura Yuha is back at work, and her co-workers look at her. They want to pull a prank on their co-workers. One of her co-workers pretends to get mad at Mitamura and calls her out in front of everybody all of sudden. She scolds her for doing such lousy work for the team. In a flashback, Mitahara is shown interviewing for her job. She always wanted to work in a office after college. She was very confident and inspired. The co-worker walks in and was fooled by it. Mitamura is just not into this kind of office goofing-off culture.
Mitamura is on duty (touban) again to order them expensive food for her co-workers drinking party. They always make her do it, but she can't afford it. She is pressured by their LINE chat emojis to not let them down. Then a LINE emoji of the "HELLO!" door appears on her chat. Then another one appears and it opens. The lights go out in the room. The real "HELLO!" appears behind her. She approaches and opens the door and walks in.
She is transported to a backstage dressing room (different one from the first episode). An alternate reality Mariko appears and tells her where she is. Mariko tells her you are up next to appear on stage. H!P members ANGERME Kamikokuryo Moe, Ise Layla, Kawana Rin, and SeasoningS Hirai Miyo, Satoyoshi Utano, and Kobayashi Honoka (all of them audition winners aka the "Audition team") walk in and appear in front of her. Mitamura asks who they are. They tell her not to worry, it is time to go. They take her to the next door where her stage awaits.
Mitamura's stage is back at her job interview, with interviewers are sitting in front. The H!P members walk in with microphones. They start performing their version of "Souda! We're Alive" and Mitamura can't understand what is happening. She tries to tell them that this is important place, you can't do that here. During the song, all the members simulatenously give her encouraging advice not to give up. They start surrounding the place and keep singing. Suddenly, all the H!P members freeze and the interviewers asks Mitamura to sit down for her interview. They ask her to re-iterate why her dream is to work in an office. It's not what she had imagined. They ask what is she going to do now. Kamiko walks up to her and gives her a piece of paper and rewrite her honest feelings. Then they resume singing the song. The scenes changes to the rooftop and they keep singing. After Mariko says the catchphrase "This is the HELLO!"
At the guesthouse, Misaki is making her own hamburgers. Mariko gets a call telling her that everything is alright and cackles in her face.
At the drinking party, instead of buying expensive, Mitamura buys cheaper beef bowls and food from the convenience store. Her co-workers are baffled. The ending song "I WISH" starts playing. Mitamura expresses her decision and her co-workers slowly accept the food. The finally realize how delicious it is. All them smile and while eating.
Back at the guesthouse, Mariko is with Mitamura and looking at the H!P CDs, ANGERME Hakkiri Shizouze, and BEYOOOONDS Megane no Otoko Ko (lol). Both of them are agree that they are awesome. Misaki is looking on, while making their breakfast. Misaki is feeling FOMO, while the two are having so much fun talking about H!P.

Next week, the next guest (Actress Takatsuki Sara ) plays Ayame Yoshino, a company employee who is frustrated with her junior colleagues. It looks like the other half of Morning Musume. '22 will appear.
