It was a nice concert. Not as great at the Riko/Yumeno concert in my opinion. But still lots of great songs. I hope they continue the Member Medley for future graduations (and other groups). That's so fun and lets all the members (and us) get some special time with the graduate.

Thoughts on the Grad concert.

Since they didn't spend half the concert playing BeriKyu songs, It's an improvement. Throw away the entire setlist before Adrenaline Dame including that Medley. I actually enjoyed the setlist after that.

Machigai Janai and Demo ii..yo

I will say it was quite refreshing to have an actual stage set rather than just steps and a large screen. The lighting pattern was also the most unique I've seen since J=J 1st Budokan.

The 3 new members look like little kids that snuck on stage. They kinda stick out. but somehow still look older than 5th grader Wakana.

Overall, I give it a 7/10. Will watch again, but skipping the beginning.

Just now, the first list of artists performing at ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2024 @ Chiba Soga Sports Park were announced. ANGERME and Juice=Juice will perform on the same day, August 12th (Day 5 - Last Day). Suzuki Airi will perform on August 4th (Day 2). More artists TBA at the end of the month.

Announced awhile back, but this year, they will have two ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2024 events. This one in August @ Chiba Soga Sports Park, and returning to their original location @ Hitachi Seaside Park (Ibaraki) in September.

Atarashii Gakko performs on GRASS STAGE, which overlaps with Juice=Juice's timeslot. That is a tough decision.

Last year, ANGERME performed on the big GRASS STAGE with Takeuchi Akari as leader. This year, they downgraded to the smaller, intimate PARK STAGE.

Also note that Morning Musume. '24 is not announced to perform at this ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2024 in August for the first time in so many years. Maybe they will perform at the second ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2024 in September, the original location.

It took awhile, but BEYOOOOONDS is finally getting their wish of doing a Bus tour for the first time. They will go to Naeba resort in Niigata prefecture. This is where Fuji Rock Festival is usually held in July.

Title "BEYOOOOONDS Hoooooliday Fanclub Tour in Naeba no Jin ZIN" on August 18th~19th.

Today it is announced that Hello! Project will be at TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2024 in Odaiba this Summer from August 2nd~4th. Just like last year, Juice=Juice, Tsubaki Factory, BEYOOOOONDS, OCHA NORMA, and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit '24 are all invited again to perform.

CHICA#TETSU, Ame no Mori Kawa Umi, SeasoningS won't performing this year. Last year, Tsubaki Factory couldn't perform since they had to cancel after getting all sick and BEYOOOOONDS had to sub in for them last minute.

Opening Talk :
~ "I am OCHA NORMA Tashiro Sumire and I will be 19 years old on June 16th. Thank you for coming today."
~ Looking back on her 18th birthday, she said that she would like to enjoy it as much as she can until the very end, and that her 18th was a year in which she had a lot of experiences in her work and grew up.
~ Tashiro said that this time everyone got a card as a gift. "I made it with shiny cards in mind, but also draw cards for games, and Shiny cards are wonderful and I love them because they make me feel good inside," she explained. Tashiro said that she made the card with "Super Rare" and "SR" written on it with the idea of a dress-up card in mind.

- Sumire's Declaration as a 19 year old corner : She shares her small and big pledges.
~ The first small pledge is "I want to learn English!" Tashiro said that she thinks English is wonderful, and is the common language of the world, she would like to take the lead in speaking it when she performs overseas, which is her dream. She also likes to rap, so she wants to learn to pronounce English in a cool way at the age of 19, which is also important in terms of performance.
~ My big vow is "I want to make it big! (she uses the English word for big) I admire famous people, so I want to be famous so that I can be known all over the world, so I want to speak English so that people overseas can find me." In addition to being an idol, Tashiro would also like to be involved in TV dramas and modeling, so she would like to work hard one step at a time.

- "Aim For it! Hello Pro's No.1 Selfie taker" corner : She introduces how to take the best selfie. She will explain the key points of Tashiro's selfies and show everyone the "Sumire points" or "Sumipo" for short.


- "Sumire's Trouble Consultation & Question Time" corner. Sumire listens to people's troubles and answering questions that were asked in asked for in advance. Sometimes a "Sumire Chime" (Sumicha for short) will ring, and if the person who asked the question is at the venue, Sumire will go down to the aisle and go up to the person in front of them to answer the question.
