Golden Week? Whats this? And why would °C-ute overshadow S/mileage?

Golden week is the first week in May in Japan with several public holidays just days after each other.

Most people have the whole week off from work or school.

And I guess he means that the success of C-ute's single might not be repeated by S/mileage since everyone is looking at C-ute right now.

But Dot Bikini will also have many events, and because of the Golden Week more people might actually be able to go to the events on the weekdays. This might help the single, we'll have to see how it does in the charts next week.

someone asked staff if they were going to release a Dot Bikini box set for this single with a ticket to have a photo shot with Smileage. they said that they won't releasing one this time.
