We are 5 months without a H!P leader. If it was going to be Eripon, she would have been named by now. With 7 groups and 70+ members, I have wild theory about H!P splitting into 2 or even 3. Each section would have a leader.

Perhaps it’s just unspoken for or maybe Eripon doesn’t necessarily want to take H!P leadership and H!P is either searching for someone suitable that won’t leave for a few years or they don’t necessarily need one.

With Take-chan and Uemura gone. top 6 people in line are all 9-12th gen MM have Seniority Rei is 7th on the list.

Weird because it's not a 0% chance we end up with H!P Leader only being Sub-Leader of her group. This is one of the stronger reasons why Rei could become next J=J Leader.

If you're counting full H!P seniority Ruru was 20th gen KSS, ahead of Ami, Saori, and Rei who were 22kis. However, Rei was an NGP trainee in 2012 before she switched to KSS, but if we're including that, it would put her ahead of Maria.

Guys, something is wrong with the space-time continuum. My calendar saya that Minami/Momohime and Tako all turn 20 this year. Plus picture this, little Hamachan turns 24 in a week. No way that's right. They are all like 16 right?
