This article from the Juukies Alo Hello PB release event mentioned Kuduu talking about how the teachers at her school called for an emergency morning assembly and there announced Morning Musume taking the Oricon weekly #1 to the entire student body and congratulated her.
That's pretty amazing

yeaaaahhhh never liked getting singled out for any kind of achievement in front of the whole school either

Kudou probably cut a heel promo saying that they should have gotten a number one single as soon as she joined but the other members were slow to recognize how great she was. (Then when everybody's jaw in the school has hit the ground she turns around and says it was a joke.)
