Takechan's legs are getting just as thick as Kanon's.
I don't think its fat, I think its muscles now. Like you can see the definition in Takechan's legs, and its not like Zukki exactly jiggles.

They're basically the same program as far as the tv broadcast is concerned, only Satoumi is an extension from the original Satoyama movement with different theme/locations.

mura_yo: It's been explained to me that the new (satoumi) summer stuff is being called Season 2, but the show kept the same name and everything. (

I'd be hot too if I was forced to wear that many clothes outside. You could have at least let them wear tank tops or something. Ayumi and Haruna must have been dying.

For reference, it's been over 30℃ (86°F) in most of Japan for the past couple of weeks.

Same here in Scotland! I bet the filming crew are both happy and sad with this weather, they'll get great shots but the working conditions will be awful. I bet the camera operators will have to bring a change of clothes they'll be so sweaty lol~

That is how people in east asia dress up for farming. I tried to google up some explaination for it but I find nothing. I can't explain it myself. All the western articles about wearing multiple layer cloths usually concerns cold climate conditions. I guess no one made a study into why asian farmers wear multiple layers of cloth when they are out in the field in the hot sun. Its not just farmers, I also observe that any road side worker also do the same.
