The ranking they showed is only for this week, they didn't combine it with anything.
MM simply got #5 for their second week, and they were #1 last week (they wrote "Last week's No.1 song! 15th year and 53rd single since their major debut" in the description). There's no down arrow next to the number because it was blinking and the screenshot was taken when it wasn't showing...

I love that Kanon's finally getting more stable and you can actually hear her voice in those group lines. <3 Tsunku talked about these things last year and when she joined about how she was a bit like Gaki and all and yeah, finally she's getting there.
She wrote on her blog that she has problems with rhythm and stuff, and we've seen in concerts that she's no way near confident enough to lead but at least she's singing better (louder/stronger) in group lines now.

yeah, maybe in some time she can get more lines, she has a powerful voice indeed and could be used for many different parts.
She started Mr Moonlight on Kudou's Bday event right? That was pretty awesome.

I think she'll get more lines eventually but she'll never be the lead for any single unless, you know, she's the last of 9th gen or something.
