I feel the hype has been on 9th and 10th gen and of course also on Sayu, who's the new leader. I know Reina is a front girl and gets a ton of lines since forever, but for how much she does I feel she's kinda underrated/ignored by fans, at least on this forum.

I really don't think of this as a big deal. I would have been way more upset if it would have been Riho tbh and I like her quite a lot, too.

I second this motion. I always felt she and ai was very under appreciated what with most people preoccupation with rooting for the "underdogs" (basically everyone else )
Maybe this is just hindsight being 20/20 but to me they've done a good job carrying MM vocally through the years. Not to say other members are incapable or anything like that...but a little appreciation would be nice

Reina solo is meh for me I would like the album to showcase the voices of the members that dont get featured in the singles but well

Reina's solo is 1 track of the whole album. I'm pretty sure we'll hear 9th and 10th gen's voices in other songs. xD

You made it sound as though the whole album was ruined because Reina gets a solo and you won't be able to get to hear the other members' voices "but can't be helped". If that's not what you meant, my apologies.
