It might not be related, but I have noticed that the chest area is a much bigger deal here than it was in America (and vice versa, skirt length is not a big deal at all). A low-cut shirt (and believe me, but Western standards these wouldn't be considered low-cut) is more scandalous than a tiny-weeny skirt. I'm not really quite sure why...

On the other hand among other girls, girls are way more talkative about their boobs as well and are very... touchy feely as I've found out the hard way
