So people are in line for merchandise and according to a guy Momusu staff hasn't shown up so everything right now is held up.

I went to buy a Reika photobook. even if the merch was on time, we couldn't get it right away because they couldn't find the key to the cash box.

For people who bought the super pass don't forget your ticket for the autograph when you buy the merchandise. I guess a lot of people have left without them.
