I'm also pretty sure Haruna was wearing that mesh top during the original version of the outfits as well.
I like a lot of the changes though. the particular shade of red in some of the outfits clashed a bit with the red plaid they're using. (Masaki's outfit for example). The only small change I'm saddened about is that Nonaka doesn't have the jacket anymore, she looked so darn cute in it during the J-Melo performance, I thought it was one of the best, but I understand that they probably felt that at least one more girl had to have mesh, so Haruna wouldn't have been the only one.

Maachan's old outfit looked nice but I think it may have stood out too much, her new one looks great, so does Miki's.

to me it looked like it was an unfinished outfit for Maachan and someone decided to slab something red on her really quick. Or someone forgot to bring her outfit to the live.
With the improved outfits, the group looks more unified and no one is above each other individually.
