In this pic it is clear the H!P Kids are above average taller than most H!P members, especially Miya, Risako, Maimi, Chinami ( if she wasn't bowing ) and Yurina.

*Miya was wearing platforms but she is still taller than most.

You're underestimating the size of the heels that Miyabi and Risako are wearing in that picture. They're really not much taller than anyone else.

That video is kinda scary, there are so many cameras and the girls barley seem to notice and yet totally seem to play up to the camera.

Within MM, I think Sakura is the shortest currently? Unless she had a grow spurt, I recall her being even tinier than Ayumin when she just entered the group
