I believe, yes. Your voice will change because it's a different apparatus. Just as in real life your voice changes over time because your larynx grows, thickens and loses elasticity, even after you're an adult. However the "fingerprint" of your voice will remain similar because everyone has their own unique style of speaking. It's like when you have a sore throat or laryngitis, your voice sounds different, but you're still recognizable as yourself, usually. (OTOH we all know those people with chronic laryngitis who sound super-sexy for like two days every three months or so.) Anyway, as far as I know, larynx transplants are exceedingly rare. There's a woman on youtube who had one in 2011. Even if you *could* sing, I'm not sure a doctor would recommend it because singing puts a lot of stress on your vocal apparatus even under normal circumstances. But really I'M JUST GUESSING.
