What was the release date for Mano's Platinum Annex DVD? (And the full title?)

The title on the front is:
「presented by 真野恵理菜 ～別冊“マノマニア”初版～ Platinum Annex」("presented by Mano Erina ~Bessatsu 'MANO MANIA' Shohan")
But the title probably doesn't need to include the presented by Mano bit.

As for an actual release date... as it was a FC only release that info doesn't seem too readily available. DX

EDIT: Ah, maybe, possibly an answer! ...ish. This list on 2ch appears to say that you had to order it by Aug. 26th, 2011, and the delivery date was scheduled for late October.

I don't see a problem with putting it up, but yeah, as with all FC releases, there aren't solid release dates like we're used to with the public releases.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but it's a question and involves H!P so ... someone in the ranking thread say that s/he didn't like Haruka because s/he didn't like pushy idols and s/he also mentioned Miki and Miyabi as examples of this type of character. I understand about Haruka and Miki, but what makes people think that Miyabi is like that? I'm just curious. I've only recently begun following Berryz, so I don' t know much that much about them (as individuals).

Ok I'll try and answer that even though my brain aint working right right now. Heck, if you've ever seen the making of Berryz photobook in Hawaii, Miyabi will give you at least 6 or 7 examples. Stealing Momoko's blizzard or whatever the heck is was, having a look on her face like she wants to kill people, trying to kill Chinami, there's alot there. HECK, when I met Berryz at Sakuracon Miyabi signed my brother's poster all huge, and Maasa looked at her like, where am I supposed to sign and Miyabi's starts pointing at Maasa's face in the picture with a, just sign it there don't bug me attitude. It was so funny. Every one of them said "hi" to me first except for Maasa because she was so flustered by what went down.

Anyway, I aint gonna act like I know them, cause they're idols and it's a fantasy world, but I'ma guess Miyabi is one of them girls thats pretty cool and is nice but can go from zero to bitch at the drop of a dime. Which is freakin awesome. She's easily in my top 3 current H!Pers.
