I don't know how old this is or how seriously it should be taken, but it's interesting that Sayu is considered a top-tier talent. And I like how Nakai keeps pointing out that so many of the choices (3 out of 9) are MM.

On the other hand, Mai Satoda was available but didn't get picked. Have her 15 minutes run out?

You can't get much more candid without putting hidden cameras in their dressing rooms or stalking them on the street. They're not "on" for the camera, they're just doing their jobs like professionals.
