We have decided to start selling accommodation plans with tickets for inbound tourists at Tsubaki Factory's Nippon Budokan performance!
*Limited quantity (available on a first-come, first-served basis), sold exclusively via credit card payment.
*This plan includes performance tickets and accommodation. Airfare is not included, so please make your own travel arrangements.

In Japanese fashion, the packages make no practical sense. Who is going to fly in the day of the concert then fly out the next? Find your own transportation to the event from the hotel. Even the cheapest package is $250 U.S. That's a 1 night stay(breakfast included) a General seat ticket to the concert and a group photo. Just allow us to buy the darn tickets.

As someone that frequents Japan and H!P concerts, I have to say this is a bad deal. Hey at least they are trying to accommodate over seas fans that don't have a My Number card.

Weirdness!
I guess you can get tickets from scalpers? You know, kind of like a reverse head tax :wait:

Maybe TF should perform GOAT? :w00t:

Getting a resale ticket is easy enough. Using a resale ticket is multitudes harder now. Tickets are becoming more personalized. Name, male/female and "My Number" printed on them. H!P is finally catching up to 2010 and using app based digital tickets. It really depends on the person checking tickets at the door. For the 25th anniversary concerts, nobody verified the name on the tickets I had but I'd hate to go all the way to Japan just to get turned away at the door because I definitely don't look like a Miyamoto Takashi.

Well, they do have to please the domestic fans first I guess. They must be filling stands already.

For the doorman It brings new meaning to the term gaijin hunter ;)
Yeah, you'd want to make sure you had some other stuff on your itinerary.

I updated my passport last month (finally!) but at the rate my piggy bank is fattening up I won't have to worry about buying any tickets in the near future :|

In the past, I heard that they were more strict with resale tickets used at FC events than like normal concerts, where they're more lax. I hope thats still true.

Is this digital ticket/app thing the only way they do tickets now?

God it's such a hassle for a non-jpn speaking person to tix.

As of right now they are experimenting with it as well as the My Number cards being required. It's not full blown roll out. I think you'll still be able to get physical tickets in the future. Digital tix is just an option.

That's something. Thanks.

Hope it never becomes the only digital tix.
