They look photoshopped because they've been heavily compressed, resulting in the characteristic pixelation. Also, the backgrounds have been color-corrected, which makes them look unnaturally flat. But I think those are genuine shots of the entire group. It would be extraordinarily difficult to layer that many individual shots together and make the positioning and shadows look realistic.
I thought maybe the backgrounds had been edited out altogether, leaving rough edges, but now I think that's just an illusion caused by the design of Ogata's sleeve.
