[2/22] Tsubaki Factory 1st Major Single "Hatsukoi Sunrise / Just Try! / Uruwashi no Camellia"

Announced at their FC event yesterday, Tsubaki's major debut will be on Feb 22, a triple A release.
One song will be revealed at their next FC event. Feb 22 = Tsubaki no Tsu Tsu Tsu Day.

I wonder if they have a strong following like Kobushi did in the beginning ? I would hate for this to flop as much as I'm not total vested in them

With the new Oricon rules, it's impossible for them to be at the same level as Kobushi at debut sales-wise since they had a shit ton events pre and post release. (And that's if ignore their hype and popularity at that time...) I think if Tsubaki manages to get at least 20k in their first week, it's success to me.

Obviously, I'm already interested. Personally, I hope we don't get any "edited version(s) of an already released song(s)" like Kobushi and Juice=Juice.

If having some kind of "new" version of an indie single meant I would get a video for "Obaasan" on YouTube, I would be in complete favor of it. That's one of my two favorites from their indie releases.

I honestly don't have high hopes for this. Of course I wont come to any conclusions before hearing the single first, but I don't think its going to sell very high. If they hit over 20,000 then I think they will be off to a good start. I'm proud of them for their debut. I also am looking forward to see how the 3 new girls fit in.

Pre-order have already begun on sites like Amazon JP and Neowing/CDJapan.

As long as the dedicated fans don't start pre-ordering until late November. I don't think casuals would preorder before any preview is released. Sorta wished UF would have prevented listings until after their fanclub event on 11/23...
