Yeah the site looks like it went public early, there's still a lot of things that aren't up yet. I have no idea what "2015 アンジュルム新メンバーオーディション" is all about, but given it's on a pretty broken page maybe they just used it as a template? On the audition form page (and at the bottom of every page, I'm apparently blind) it has "2015 夏焼雅・新グループメンバーオーディション" so this is DEFINITELY for Miyabi's new group.
I'm assuming it was a mistake, something got leaked, or they were told they were doing a website for a new audition but they didn't know what. Or there WILL be a new ANGERME audition and it'll be announced later. Either way, nothing's known apart from it being on that one page and Miyabi's audition is the one that's 100% happening.
