Say what you want about Tsunku♂, that guy knows how to pick members.

Also, it's amazing how it's been 10 years and yet only 3 girls from that audition have left.

that's encouraging, because considering he's adding 9+ members in a span of 2 years to Morning Musume, i started fearing that it might fall apart when/if the girls start changing direction as they get older (decide they need to focus on study, not be able to keep up with the work, decide they want to do something else with their life, not fit in with the members, etc).

but if Berikyuu stuck with it this long, maybe the MM girls will too.
alTHOUGH.... we could be looking at another long tenure without auditions/members if that's the case. 11th gen will join, and maybe there'll be a 12th after Sayu/Reina leave but.. i can't see him continuing to add girls every year (or even every other year) without more graduations. so unless Mizuki, Haruna or some other girls graduate after 3-4 years, we might be looking at a dry spell in our future when it comes to MM auditions.
