Tsunku wrote the two songs so that they compliment each other perfectly when they are played/performed together. they're like two halves of one song. then he released the songs on separate albums without commenting on what he did. he wasn't sure if anyone would find out.. if they didn't, it would have been a surprise during the next H!P concert.

but fans did notice, hence his "i was found out" comment. :]
