That's just a typo. What she wrote there, "トュー " with a chiisai ュwould be pronounced like "too" or "two," as in "nice to meet two." Correct katakana would be: ナイス トゥ ミート ユー.

Maybe she got confused, vacillating between ナイス トゥ ミート ユー and a more colloquial/cutesy チュー. When I produce typos like that, collisions between two different mental constructions are usually to blame.
