it has to do with the theme of charity, shes been helping the victims of the earthquake. now i dont how the KPOP groups are related to the theme. did they have charity songs for Japan?

Probably, but even so. Gaga would be banned the moment she steps on that stage. Or maybe they won't be as harsh on her since she's so famous and a big ~American star~ so then it's okay to be extreme or whatever. I hope that's wrong.
I have no idea if SNSD and KARA did stuff, but they've been relevant this year when it comes to the music scene so it makes sense to have them there.
