ME:I quick introduction and interview by the local Kansai lifestyle magazine "anna"




The very popular ME:I makes its first appearance on anna! What has excited them recently?

We interviewed the 11-member girl group "ME:I", newly selected by the 'national producer' for 'PRODUCE 101 JAPAN THE GIRLS', the first girl's version of Japan's largest survival audition program. The interview was conducted with the 11-member girl group "ME:I!"

Since this is your first appearance at ANNA, could you first tell us about ME:I?
SUZU : We are an 11-member girl group debuted from an audition program called "PRODUCE 101 JAPAN THE GIRLS."
KEIKO : ME:I is a group that loves to eat (laughs).

Are there any recent events that have raised the tension within the members?
KOKONA : We all recently went to L.A., and we all went to a theme park together on a private trip. I had always wanted to go there, so I was very excited (laughs).
RINON : In a few days, we will hold "2024 ME:I ME:ICONIC Hi-SUMMER" and for the first time, we have our own ME:EYE's characters. The staff gave us stuffed animal key chains of our characters, and when we saw them, all the members were very excited!

The members were full of energy. Everyone was smiling at the start and end of the interview, and the atmosphere on the site was even brighter than usual!
