Ice Cream & My Jiggly has subbed the "Do Your Classmates Know You Were Idols?" part.

-- lbr, if my language classmate is being cagey about her previous employment, won't describe her family members, and then a friend of hers joins the class and acts the same way? Y'all are getting Googled.

Hello! Study Abroad Channel (27 Mar 2023)

A day in Morito's life…

Hello!
This is Chisaki Morito.

It's now autumn in NZ.
I think we really didn't have any sunny days this year because people in NZ are always saying that we didn't have a summer…

The difference in temperature between morning and evening is so drastic that it's hard to choose the right clothes these days. LOL

Well! This time I took a vlog of a day when I have school~!
So here is a real day in the life of an international student attending a language school in NZ!

Actually, I recorded this vlog a long time ago, but I didn't edit it properly…
Sorry…

The homestay house is different now, so things have changed a bit, but the general routine of a day is pretty much like this…
Don't be surprised if it's very mundane.
It's just a normal day. LOL

---

Timestamps stolen from one of the comments:

0:04 Start
0:12 Normal clothes and makeup
0:17 Wait for the bus
0:31 Arrive at school (wake up at 6:30, class starts at 8:30)
0:50 Fixing Nakajima's mechanical pencil
1:41 (Chii) you're welcome! (Saki) thank you so much!
1:55 Lunch break (chocolate bagel)
2:06 Afternoon class (fighting sleepiness)
2:22 Walking home from school (1 hour)
2:42 "I'm back" & talk about more new students
3:37 Homework Chii, talk about dinner
4:02 Pajamas
4:19 The end

Miki Fujimoto takes Haruna Iikubo and Haruka Kudo for a drive…

It's really a paid promotion for the new Nissan Serena. Fujimoto does a lot of paid promotions on her channel — in fact, this is Part 2 of this particular promotion. She's quite the mercenary.

But it's also a meeting of OG who don't normally meet, so… <shrug>

Hello! Study Abroad Channel (31 Mar 2023)

Another round of test results…

Hello everyone, this is Saki Nakajima.
I'd like to announce the results of the test again!

I guess I've become the person who just can't do it anymore.
I exposed everything!
As I was editing this, I was asking myself, "Is it okay?" LOL

Well, it's okay!

These days, if I don't understand a part of my homework
I do my best to to bring my questions/mistakes to school.

"I'm a student, so it's normal that I don't understand."
I study with a strong mindset. Anyhow. LOL

~

I'm Chisaki Morito.

I've been hiding the results until now, but now they're gradually being revealed…
Is it good or bad? LOL

I'm still struggling every day, but I hope my English is getting better little by little! I'm trying my best every day!

Just between you and me, since I've been sitting next to Nakajima-san, it's been very easy for me [to work with her]! LOL

Even if I don't understand something in class, I just say I don't understand and ask for help… LOL
Thank you for everything.

BS-Japan Next music show "KURUNE" 4.4.23 - Sayubee was a talk guest for the whole episode and performed her two songs "My Love" and "Diamond" for the first time on TV. They had a pro cameraman film her performance in one take.

Hello! Study Abroad Channel (3 Apr 2023)

Going for a dip at Kerosene Creek Waterfall, a natural hot spring pool…

Hello, this is Saki Nakajima.
April! It's gone by so fast!

I completely lost track of it.

Chii-chan was an idol until just recently.
"A lot of things are still tough!" they say.

I didn't expect to deliver "voice" only.
"The sound of the waterfall is rather noisy; should I make this video of it?"
I wondered about that, but I'm going to post it anyhow.

Please treat me well.
Thank you very much.

~

Yes!
Hello, this is Chisaki Morito.

As you know, I've been relying on [Nakajima's] editing skills lately, so thank you.

Due to cultural differences between Japan and NZ
There are many barriers that you just have to get used to.

The rules of the homestay house also vary from place to place, so it's one of the topics that students get excited about.

We talk about skin care, bathrooms, and so on, starting from the questions we receive!

Please…
