- Opening Talk :
~ When the clock rang on her birthday, she said, "My mother prepared a bouquet of flowers, so I waited for her without sleeping." Miyo was the first to send a message at Midnight. Almost at the same time was Kokoro.
~ Shiori looked back on the year as an 18 year old, being full of various experiences, including a "hall tour," a "Budokan performance," and an appearance in the "Mayonaka ni Midnight" drama, while the 19 year old had many things in mind, including plans to "work on her beauty regimen."
~ Ichioka asked, "You will be 20 years old next year, right? Is there anything you want to do now?" Shiori : "Twenty may be a milestone, but I'm already an adult." Then Ichioka said, "What? Is that so?, Really?" Shiori said, "There are no Japanese who didn't know that the age of adulthood has been lowered to 18."
~ Shiori : "What did you do Icchan?"
Icchan : "You will be told that you are responsible for various things, so you should try to be pampered while you still can."

- VTR Message from Dambara Ruru : Dambara Ruru calls her "Nishida", most of her senior Kenshuusei call her that (Asakura, Yamagishi). Inoue Rei and Miyamoto Karin were clappin in the background of the VTR as Dambara sang the birthday song. (Probably recorded during the M-line tour)
- Shiorin's Jinsei Game : A 19 square "game of life" gameboard with dice is placed. The rules are to follow the instructions of the squares you stop on. The 1st game was set 19. The 2nd game was set to 99.
~ First, at the age of 0, the audience gave a big round of applause, saying "Congratulations on your birth!"
~ The first square, she stopped and said the line, "At the kindergarten play, 'Where is my prince, I wonder?'" at the age of five. Normally, this would be a punishment, but Shiori is familiar with the game. She said, "It helps to have a line. It's not like I have to think up the lines myself...".
~ The 15-year-old who joined BEYOOOOONDS was unable to live a student-like youth, so she performed "Please give me the second button". The audience applauded her performance of this piece as well.

Along with the announcement of the event, Mayumura Chiaki, a close friend of Dekami's who will appear for the third consecutive year, and BEYOOOOONDS from Hello! Project, a group Dekami loves so much, will perform. Dekami will also be performing live with her band, and will also present a collaborative performance with guests to be announced at a later date. In addition, the annual "Idol OG Song Contest" and a comedy stage will be announced in the near future.

A commercial video was also released on the renewed event's official site. Dekami pretends to play the saxophone gorgeously against the backdrop of Shibuya at night to the new theme song written by Dekami herself, but at the end, for some reason, the sound of a conch shell is heard.

- They performed Hello Kitty's new cover of "The Peace" together
- Then a moderator read a letter from Tsunku on his behalf, talking about his memories of seeing a Sanrio shop as a child, and taking his own children Sanrio Puroland too. That made him inspired to write this song.
- Hello Kitty then sang her new song "Hello! Umareta Imi ga Kitto Aru" with Kasai, Yagi, Fukuda, and Yofuu cheering her on.
- After the stage, they were interviewed. The members talked about their favorite Sanrio characters and memories of when they were younger.

Tsubaki Factory holds a strategy meeting for their 5th Anniversary live "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022" at Kawaguchiko Stella Theater. They want to make lots of memories for Summer 2022.

- They first start collecting their ideas of what they want to try out in their "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022". Each member gets an input.
- Riko announces that they will two have performances, 1:30pm, and 5:30pm. So they will have some creative ideas to make them both unique.
- Niinuma Kisora remembers when Morning Musume. '14 performed at this venue, the view of Mt. Fuji was beautiful and spectacular.
- Since the weather might be really hot at 1:30pm, they suggested some spraying everyone with water guns.
- Other suggestions : Signed balls thrown, Soap Bubbles, and water balloons.
- They also suggest ideas on how to decorate the whole lobby / entrance to the venue to make it feel like a Summer festival.
- They also thought about member color outfits and maybe yukata.
- They also want to have fireworks.
- Then they collect ideas for the "subtitle" for "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022 ~ ~". They have 8 ideas. @ 11:07, Ono Mizuho suggested "Hey, Let's Kiss". The staff and managers will help decide.

Next, they will try to come up with ideas for the type of goods they want.

Then they discuss what Summer related songs from Hello! Project they want to cover, possibly in shuffle units. They were given a list of Summer songs. But they also suggested some non-Summer related high energy songs they want to pump everyone up to.

They will also decide what Tsubaki Factory songs they want to sing. They have a lack of Summer songs in their discography, so it's not easy to decide.

@ 17 minutes in, Yamagishi Riko made an important announcement : Tsubaki Factory will be performing an unreleased brand new song live at the "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022". It is a type of song they have never performed before. They are keeping it a secret. The title of the song will revealed on youtube etc. at some point.
