I don't know how it is worldwide, but here in the US it's available to an ordinary Audible Plus subscription under the characteristically unwieldy title: Matthew's Matthew マシュー南の部屋の中のマシュー
That's "Matthew's Mathew Mathew Minami no heya no naka no Matthew" which means "Matthew's Matthew, the Matthew from In Matthew Minami's Room" for ppl unfamiliar with Japanese characters.
