It's longer than you get when you go to a handshake event so that's a win for fans

Yeah, holy shit- 30 seconds actually seems like a long time to me. A (short but full) conversation can happen over the course of 30 seconds whereas my understanding of handshake events was a rushed "HelloYoureMyOshiYoureSCuteOkByeeeee."

Wota can theoretically take their time now which... I can't tell if it's a good thing or a bad thing.

Being an idol, to as extent, has always been about doing emotional labor but 30 seconds for each fan sounds like a lot of emotional labor.
