I won't hold my breath given the unfortuate track record with UF and Kouhaku, but it would be nice if she could pop in just for that song.

I'm glad they were able to get her the collab with him. Even if she didn't have a big part in the song, it's really paying off for her long-term.

Maybe it's just me but it feels like her role in the performance has become more prominent over time. It's starting to make me think of the movie A Star Is Born XD
tending to put ~ on song titles since 2002

The First Take video has also surpassed 10 million views-

Glancing through the channel, 10 million views appears to be in the higher range for views.

The videos on the channel from a quick glance/grouping-

1) Definitely huge- 50 million+ (the highest viewed video I could find was LiSA performing Gurenge with 85 million views)
2) Big hits 10 million+
3) Relatively average- few million (most videos appear to fall in this range)
4) Underperformers- less than a million

Suzuki Airi to host her own music program for the first time, performing X-mas medley with music composer Kiyozuka Shinya

It has been announced that singer and model Suzuki Airi will host her first music program for NHK E-TV's two-week special program "Classic TV" (December 17th and 24th, both from 10:50pm-11:19pm). Together with pianist Kiyozuka Shinya, they will deliver a classical music program with a new sensation.

The program is "music culture entertainment" that unravels the appeal of a wide range of music from the "perspective of classical music. Kiyozuka's talk, live performances, and occasional "musical experiments" are interwoven to provide easy-to-understand explanations. It will stimulate your intellectual curiosity.

The first episode to be aired on March 17th is titled "Beethoven Complex: The Merits and Demerits of a Great Composer," and features Beethoven, who is celebrating his 250th birthday. The program will focus on the "merits and demerits" of Beethoven's complex, which has plagued composers of later generations such as Schubert and Brahms. Actor Kenichi Endo, who is a great admirer of Beethoven, will be the guest, introducing the unexpected private life of the "human" Beethoven and the appeal of his music.

The second episode, to be aired on Christmas Eve, the 24th, will be titled "Christmas Music You May Know, But Don't Know" and will trace the history of Christmas music. With Kimura Masahiro, a researcher of Christmas culture, as a guest, the program will introduce the history of Christmas music from single melody church music to Bach, Christmas carols, and modern love songs and other unexpected truths hidden in the famous songs will be revealed. At the end of the program, Kiyozuka and Suzuki will perform a special Christmas medley.
