- Before the time admission into the venue : Please be sure to wear a mask before entering. For safety reasons, we do not allow guests without a mask to enter the venue. In addition, please prepare the mask yourself.
- In order to avoid crowding when it is time to line up for admission, we plan to announce a set time in advance for each seat and carry out the admission. Please refrain from arriving before the meeting time or staying near the venue. In addition, in order to keep social distancing at the time of admission, we will set up a mark at your feet, so please cooperate.
- For precautions at the entrance : We will take the customer's temperature (using a non-contact thermometer). Please note that we will refuse entry value if it exceeds 37.5°C (99.5°F).
- Please use hand disinfection when entering the venue. Also, please use a small hand disinfection inside the venue. (An antiseptic solution will be installed in the venue.)
- Ticket confirmation at the time of admission will only be through visual confirmation seen by the staff, so there is no stub cutting or contact with the ticket.
- For the purpose of customer safety and maintenance, we plan to introduce a smartphone tracking app system that collects information from visitors to determine if you had the coronavirus infection or not). Details will be announced at the venue, so we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. If you don't have a smartphone, you will need to fill out a form and be interviewed about your health status.
- Measures and precautions in the venue : We will do our best to ensure have continuous and efficient ventilation, such as air conditioning in the venue and opening doors during and before and after the performance.
- Before each performance (before opening) and after, we will be sure to thoroughly disinfect the equipment inside the venue such as seats, lobby, and restrooms.
- There are no plans to sell goods at the venue during this performance. From Wednesday, July 15th, we plan to sell limited-time goods entitled "H!P 2020 SUMMER" at the e-LineUP!Mall.
- In this performance, any trading activities inside and outside the venue are prohibited.
- Smoking areas will be closed.
- The seats will be sold will have an appropriate distance (social distance). Please note that you will not be able to view the seats other than the designated seats.
- Even within the venue, please keep an appropriate distance (social distance) between customers and cough etiquette, and refrain from unnecessary movement from your seat or staying in aisles. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from talking to each other as much as possible.
- The direction of traffic may be specified in the lobby and at the entrance/exit.
- Please note during the performance : Please wear a mask at all times during the performance.
- Please be seated during the performance.
- Cheering during the performance is strictly prohibited (to prevent splashes), so please understand and cooperate with us.

- When using support goods such as pen lights, please use it at the height of your chest so as not to interfere with the visibility of other customers.
- Regarding Exit : After the performance, leave the venue immediately to prevent congestion, crowding. No staying outside the venue. We will guide each seat in order, so please move according to the instructions of the staff.
- H!P members and staff will thoroughly perform temperature checks and disinfected hands before starting work. They will also wear a mask, face shield, and gloves to prevent infection.
Please note that we may use a splash-prevention sheet or acrylic plate to respond to customers' needs, if necessary.
