Looks okay to me in the pic Amped posted...iuno I think I'd have to see it in person to really get a solid impression.

PaiPai Dekami wrote a new article on Entame about the beauty and charm of the Current 7 Hello! Project groups and the members to pay attention to in each.

Since a lot of the old Hello Project shuffle songs aren't available on streaming/iTunes.

I'd really love it if they released a new best of album that was just re-recordings of popular shuffle songs that they still perform. Something like the champloo album.

We all have our favorites but as it turns out it, during a power outage it is best to support team blue.

From another thread…

Jessi wrote:Are they testing [Karin] out as a soloist. I still don't understand whats happening.

I assume they're testing to see if she could be the next Airi.

Hello! Project used to have several soloists but most of them went away with the Elder Club, leaving only ManoEri. And then female soloists completely fell out of fashion during the *48/*46 and K-pop booms.

Those booms have dissipated and now the pendulum is swinging back. I think Sayu's and Airi's successes surprised everyone at Up-Front, and they're wondering if they can reliably reproduce that success with other popular OGs, especially since haven't done so well with the niche units (LoVendoЯ, PINK CRES.) and variety talents (Yaguchi, Okai).

I mean, I remember the history, but I am surprised at how sort of quiet and nonchalant this has been. You are right. The pattern for OG has been to graduate and do their post grad career as an Up-Front artist. But Karin's a whole different thing. She's not graduating and shes doing this solo work concurrent with her J=J duties. If they are considering debuting Karin within H!P, it would make sense that they would be testing the waters with the tour and therefore not say anything definitive. If it all goes poorly she can just stay in J=J and nothing will change. its just surprising because Mano Erina graduated in like 2012 right? almost 7 years ago. So if this is possibly happening its a pretty big deal. But we haven't heard much about it. Just oh yeah solo tour and solo songs nothing to see here just normal H!P stuff.

Of course. Please keep in mind that I’m a technical writer in my day job, so I reflexively over-explain things. I don’t assume preexisting knowledge, I write for a broad audience — in this case not just you or the other regulars on this forum, but also the lurkers and newbies who might be reading this — and I try to compose each sentence or paragraph in such a way that it provides context for the next. I know it makes me sound like a condescending know-it-all, but it’s actually difficult for me to write less formally unless I’m specifically making a joke or tease. I’ve given up any hope of a secondary career in fiction because of it.

Never doubt yourself. I'm sure you could still write fiction.
