Jessi: There was another song I wanted to include but I could only remember the melody until now. Try "Sansan GOGO" for your playlist too. Maybe not quite the same type of energy, but definitely high energy.

Thanks for all the help everyone! I’ll have my new playlist ready to go for work on Monday. Nippon no DNA is just such a good song.

From another thread…

chills. goosebumps. 60,000 people.

It's at times like this that I think H!P could be even more popular and routinely play larger venues if only its business model didn't rely so much on its fan clubs. Fan club memberships provide a steady and dependable revenue stream to the company, but the value of a membership depends on the somewhat artificial scarcity of event tickets.

I’m not sure if this is the place to talk about this but something has been bugging me about Reina lately. Lovendor members graduated one after another and it has been incredibly odd how not only she didn’t attend their last lives, she didn’t even acknowledge the graduations on Twitter or her blog.

Isn’t it weird? Bitter & Sweet (and other upfront artists) attended and talked about the graduations and they were never part of the group. Now it is easy to say they have bad blood but this is pure speculation. Anyone know anything that might explain the situation?

It is strange, but we'll probably never know if something happened between them (or we will, but years from now). Did she have work during any of the events? I haven't paid close attention to her schedule.

How did you get into Hello! Project?

Despite how recent the thread is, it's rather remarkable how many still mention ASAYAN.
Younger fans probably prefer social media to boards like 2ch/5ch.

^ Oh, it took me a moment to understand what you're saying: the answers are skewed because wotaintranslation is using a biased sample taken from 2ch.

I imagine you'd get similar answers, for similar reasons, if you used a sample taken from MM-BBS, JPH!P, and this place.

It wouldn't be the same by a stretch, but I would be curious to hear Homare sing a Kamei line or two once she becomes more solid. Her voice is probably the closest we've had to something as sweet sounding since Kamei left.

Yuhane Yamazaki needs more acting work. She's a natural — she has one of the most expressive faces ever to come out H!P. Which is why she's the center in "Megane no Otoko no Ko", of course, but… more, please.

^ There's something about her that reminds me of 1st gen MM's Ayappe. Anyhow I do agree, she's got a distinctive and expressive face and I feel that a more aggressive H!P could really push her into the public eye, along with a few other bankable girls like Makino, Morito, Nishida and KKR.
