Looks like Nakazawa came from Fukuoka to see Ichii as a surprise and stopped by when they were rehearsing.
Ichii obviously had lost connection with MM OGs - save for one off meet up with Tsuji, Kago, Takahashi - after all these years, but perhaps they are reconnecting with this occasion.

2018年、東京。
ヨーコ（道重）は、いなくなった母を探して田舎から東京にやってきた。渋谷の人ごみに押され、途方に暮れているところ、二羽のツバメと出会う。
こうしてヨーコは、東京に詳しいツバメたちに助けられ、母を探す旅に出る。
母の記憶をたどりながら、原宿から新宿、秋葉原へ。少しずついろんな情報を得て、浅草から銀座、六本木へ。
そしてついに母親を見つけるのだが……

Yoko (Michishige) travels to Tokyo from the countryside to look for her lost mother. She is on a crowded train of Shibuya when two swallow birds help her out.
