^ "Kometoban", a non-toxic, aromatic insect repellent for rice made from chile pepper-infused alcohol and cuminaldehyde (i.e., a cumin-derived essential oil, for fragrance). You're supposed to pop the top and then wedge it down into your rice bin, which you can briefly see at 0:24 in the video. The "10 kg" on the package indicates how much rice it protects; they also make a "5 kg" size.
